SEO Scoop reports on the comments made by Adam Lasnik regarding link exchanges. Adam is a Google engineer and can be trusted to give honest answers. To summarize, Adam said that Link Exchanging is fine as long as you are being strict about which sites you exchange links with and all of your backlinks are NOT coming from link exchanges. I would say that exchanging links with relevant sites that have good authority would be fine. Do not compromise your sites integrity by exchanging links with sites of poor value.
