Listing your real estate on Google is easy, but most important is that the tool rocks! It's free to use of course and the site uses Google Maps to show you exactly where all the apartments or homes are located. That's what I like most, check it out. Location is most important to most people when buying real estate and Google's real estate tool hits the nail on the head. If you want to list real estate, Google has set up listing pages for brokers, agents, MLS's, and IDX vendors. Google also has a page of tools for real estate professionals. I really think this could catch on and become the most popular way to list and find real estate. What do you guys think?
