Google Apps allows webmasters to integrate powerful communication tools into their website. The apps will have Google branding, so they may not be the right tool if you are tying to brand your own software, but Google Apps are great others. Google Apps now supports French, Italian, German, Spanish, Norwegian, Dutch, Finnish, Swedish, British English, Polish, Turkish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Chinese (Traditional), Chinese (Simplified), Japanese, Korean and US English.
