FIREFOX 2 IS RELEASED
Wednesday, October 25, 2006
I'm sorry, but if you aren't using Firefox, you simply aren't being as productive online as you can be. Tabbed browsing is essential and the bookmarks toolbar that Firefox has makes your favorite sites 1-click away. The live news feeds keep your up-to-date on the latest trends and news (how do you think we get all our info so quick). Finally, their are hundreds of Firefox extensions that can help you do whatever it is you do most on the web.
GOOGLE UPDATES THEIR WEBSITE GUIDELINES
Google has updated their webmaster guidelines so that they are now in line with their new search technology. Most notable is that Google can now search and index dynamic pages. This isn't news, but it is new to their guidelines pages. Google states the following:
"If you decide to use dynamic pages (i.e., the URL contains a "?" character), be aware that not every search engine spider crawls dynamic pages as well as static pages. It helps to keep the parameters short and the number of them few."
